If the amicable phase fails, our lawyers specialized in business law and litigation set up the judicial collection phase against the debtor who has not complied during the amicable phase.

For OHADA member states in Africa, our experts are guided mainly by the "Uniform Act Organizing Simplified Collection and Enforcement Procedures" (AURVE) which organizes all the procedures that allow a creditor of an obligation to obtain execution from his debtor by the forced way.

This phase is flexible and fast for our lawyers thanks to the solvency studies of the debtors already carried out by our collection inspectors during the amicable phase. This step in advance allows us to start the appropriate procedures for a quick recovery of our client's debt.
